Auigust 22, 2020:

Target date for In-Person worship is reset for Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020 if covid-19 cases keep dropping.

Acknowleged beautiful french doors in Fellowship Hall, the safety glass window at office entrance door and insulation of outer door of sacristy; and also mounting of 2 TV's in sanctuary. 

Proposal to use ALC as polling place for Harris County clerk's office voted down. 

 

September 12, 2020:

Approved August 22, 2020 meeting minutes

Decision was made to start In-Person worship on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020. No reservations required but will have a maximum that can worship on any Sunday of 70 people.

Looked at the 2020 Budget for any budget line items that could be reduced or eliminated. 14 budget line items were reviewed.

 

November 15, 2020:

Celebrated the PPP goverment loan being entirly forgiven.

Information and Vendor sign-up for the Fall Festival will be through Tithely.

Discussed going to 4 Chrsitmas Eve services.

Decision made to buy a 10 foot by 5 foot banner to adverstise the Christmas Eve services. Also, run an Ad in The Tribune.

Discussed having Live Nativity to be held Saturday, Dec. 19th from 3 - 4:30PM in front of the FM 1960 side of the building.

Formed 6 member Nominating Committee to recruit two new Leadership Team members.

 

December 10, 2020:

The ALC 2021 budget was approved unanimously.

Set date of annual meeting for January 31, 2021 immediately after worship service.

Looked at a capital of expense of not more than $4,000 to upgrade all the outside lights at ALC. Will but on the agenda for the annual meeting in January, 2021.

Set a goal of raising $500 to send to Lutherhill this Spring. This is to help reduce debt incurred in 2020 due to no summer camps.

Pastor Brian stated that confirmation classes with be held for 7 ALC young people with be set for Saturday mornings(2 hours each morning) during April and May, 2021
